At Sweet Occasions, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our custom gifts. Please review our refund policy to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

Custom Products

Due to the personalized nature of our custom gifts, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom-made items once the design has been approved and the production process has begun.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Design Approval: You may cancel your order for a full refund before approving the final design proof. Please contact our customer support team immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
  • After Design Approval: Once you have approved the design proof and production has started, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in ensuring that your custom gifts arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing support@sweetoccasions.ae or calling +971-504902286. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.
  2. Review: Our team will review your claim and, if approved, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be produced and shipped to you at no additional cost.

Non-Custom Products

For non-custom items, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days after our team has approved the return and received the item back. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
