  • Design Approval: Once you place an order, our team will contact you to discuss the design details. After finalizing the design, we will send you a design proof for your approval.
  • Production: Upon receiving your design approval, your custom gift will enter the production phase. This process typically takes 2-3 weeks.

Shipping Time

  • Domestic Shipping (UAE): Once production is complete, we will ship your order. Delivery within the UAE generally takes 3-5 business days.
  • International Shipping: Currently, Sweet Occasions only ships within the UAE. We are working on expanding our services to international locations in the near future.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: AED 20 flat rate for all orders within the UAE.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders above AED 200.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. This will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery.
